Traco - TEQ Series 300 W Isolated DC-DC Converters

The TEQ-300WIR Series of isolated high performance DC-DC converter modules with ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage ranges come in a rugged sealed metal case. The converters are suitable for a variety of applications but designed mostly for industrial applications where no PCB mounting is possible but the module has to be mounted on a chassis. The ultra-wide input voltage range and reverse input voltage protection make the converters an interesting solution for battery operated systems.

Avago Technologies optocouplers for IPM (Intelligent Power Module) interface exhibit short propagation delay, fast IGBT switching, high common mode transient rejection and wide operating temperature range.
