The selection includes Integrated Full-Bridge, Powertrain H-Bridge, TrilithIC, NovalithIC as well as Servo and Stepper motor drivers.The H-bridge is suited to applications such as DC brush motors. The TrilithIC integrates two high-side and two low-side switches which are meant to drive high-current DC motors in an H-bridge arrangement. Infineon’s single half-bridge drivers like NovalithIC are intended for automotive and industrial demands. Whereas the servo driver is widely used in head light beam control and the Stepper motor driver is for driving bipolar stepper motors.
