Hirose GT17 Series 8 Way Right Angle Automotive Cable Connector Components
A range of components that connect together to form a GT17 series 8 way right angle automotive cable connector. For a complete 8 way automotive cable connector a keyed housing, insulator, outer terminal, shield plate, retainer and centre terminal need to be purchased separately.
Stock number 824-4946 is a keyed light grey PBT housing
Stock number 824-4974 is a dark grey PBT insulator
Stock number 824-4942 is an outer terminal made from phosphor bronze with a tin plating
Stock number 824-4955 is a shield plate made from copper alloy with a tin plating
Stock number 828-8876 is a female centre terminal with a wire size range of 24 to 28 AWG
This GT17 right angle automotive cable connector will mate with GT17 8 way PCB headers with the same light grey keyed housings.
Hirose GT17 Series Multi-Contact Automative Connectors for USB Applications
GT17 series high speed transmission multi-contact connectors for high frequency applications especially suited for automotive USB in-car communications and multi-media systems. These GT17 automotive USB style connectors have a shielded surface construction, use crimp technology and have contact retention features including colour coding, polarization and audible latches. Available as intermating PCB headers and cable mount connectors with 4, 6, 8 or 10 way contact configurations.
