KEMET C4540C High Voltage C0G Dielectric Capacitors

KEMET high-voltage C0G dielectric capacitors feature a 125°C maximum operating temperature. Featuring a low profile and aspect ratio, the High-Voltage Commercial and Automotive grade C0G capacitors exhibit low inductance and ESR versus frequency allowing for high ripple current capability. As new inverter and DC-DC converter designs are pushing the limits of power density, voltage, current, and frequency these new capacitance ranges offer solutions to the new generation of power electronics.
KEMET's patented high reliability BME dielectric system is 100% Pb-Free, RoHS compliant and REACH compliant without exemptions.
These multilayer ceramic capacitors meet the demanding Automotive Electronics Council's AEC-Q200 qualification requirements.
