PHE850 Series
The PHE850 series of film capacitors from KEMET features a winding metallised polypropylene film construction, encapsulated in self-extinguishing material that meets UL 94V-0 requirements. These capacitors are suitable for use as interference in Y2 applications but are appropriate to use in series with the mains
Warning
Capacitors are designed for connecting directly across a mains supply. However, they must NOT be used in positions where failure of a capacitor would expose anybody to electric shock.
