Horizontal Light Guides, 1 Row - Square
This family of horizontal light guides, from MENTOR, consist of one row of light pipes. The square heads are available in 1.4 mm squares and are parallel to the printed board on the front panel. This range of light guides is available in single or multiple arrays with up to 10 heads.
Horizontal light pipes are designed for use with surface mount (SMD) LEDs and are fitted to the circuit board using push-fit lugs. The light pipe inject face sits in close proximity to the LED on the board.
LED Light Pipes, MENTOR - Horizontal
MENTOR light guides are designed to transmit light from a PCB-mounted LED to the desired user interface. This transfer is completed with little or no loss of luminance and no light bleed between adjacent elements.
This vast range of light guides are available in single or multiple light guide options, with a range of head shapes and sizes. These options allow them to provide a solution for all sorts of applications. They also offer simple installation and high ESD protection.
