TOPSwitch-JX series Offline AC-DC Converters

The Power Integrations TOPSwitch-JX series offers a single-package solution to cost-effective off-line AC-DC converter design. The devices integrate a high-voltage power MOSFET and switched current source, multi-mode PWM controller, oscillator and comprehensive protection plus control circuitry into a compact monolithic package.
