RS PRO Nylon 6.6 - Metric Washers

RS PRO range of plain, white, nylon tap sealing washers in sizes M2 to M12 which are designed to distribute the force of the screw head of a screw or nut on a larger surface. These nylon washers provide an excellent inexpensive solution between gland and equipment with electrical insulation and good chemical resistance. They are also non-abrasive and lightweight in comparison to metallic washers and absorb shock and noise better resulting in less noise when used in equipment.

Tap washers are a thin disk with a hole in the middle that is designed to even out an uneven surface so that the fastener can be securely attached to the surface. They can be made out of various materials such as rubber, fibre, ceramic, these RS PRO sealing washings are made from nylon.
