SHT7x Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensors
The SHT7x series of digital humidity & temperature sensors are CMOSens® based with pins. Both the humidity and temperature sensors contained are coupled to a 14-bit ADC and a serial interface circuit. Humidity is measured using a capacitive sensor while temperature is measured using a band-gap sensor. The SHT7x devices are then able to offer high signal quality, fast response times and protection against external disturbances (EMC).
Suitable applications for the SHT7x temperature and humidity sensors include; automotive, weather stations, data logging, white goods and medical.
