TE Connectivity AMP-Latch 609 Series 2.54 mm IDC Ribbon Cable Socket Connectors

These AMP-Latch 609 series ribbon cable sockets feature IDC contacts for producing fast and economical mass terminations without the need for preparing or stripping wire. The tuning fork contacts of these AMP -Latch 609 series ribbon cable sockets have a military approved design at an affordable cost. The contacts provide uniform latching of the contacts and connect the housing with the connector cover. The housings of these AMP -Latch 609 series IDC sockets are made from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic and feature military and centre polarization. Versions of these AMP -Latch 609 series IDC ribbon cable connectors are available with a strain relief for extra support and strength. These strain reliefs can also be ordered separately.
