Teledyne LeCroy High Bandwidth Passive Probe PP066

The PP066 is designed for use with the WaveMaster and other high bandwidth oscilloscopes having 50Ω input transmission. This very low capacitance probe is chosen for higher frequency applications which include the probing of transmission lines with 20 - 100Ω impedance. The PP066 is also popular for wide-ranging applications such as the probing of analog and digital ICs in computer, communications, data storage and other high speed designs.
