The polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) construction of the housing resists heat buildup to prevent the overheating of equipment and the outbreak of fires to ensure your safety. A rubber cable gland supports and lessens strain on the connectors so they don't bend and interrupt the effective transfer of power and signals.
