The Alliance Memory 5.0 volt-only Flash memory is organized as 131072 bytes of 8 bits each, totalling 128KB of data divided into four sectors for flexible sector erase capability. Data is available on I/O0 to I/O7, and addresses are input on A0 to A16. It is available in a 32-pin PLCC package and is designed for in-system programming using a standard 5.0V VCC supply, with no need for an additional 12.0V VPP for write or erase operations.
