This data cable is a two-pair LSZH communication cable designed for controlled-environment signal and control runs in automation, electronics and electrical installations. It combines tin-plated multi-strand copper conductors with a low smoke zero halogen outer sheath to provide a compact, low-emission option for installations requiring moderate temperature operation.
The conductor comprises seven tinned copper strands per core, providing increased flexibility for tight bends and easier cable pulling.
The sheath formulation produces reduced smoke and minimal acid gas when exposed to flame, meeting relevant IEC tests for smoke and acid gas generation.
Standard continuous lengths include 100 ft, 500 ft and 1,000 ft reels, with bulk made-to-order options for larger projects.
Maintain a minimum bend radius of ten times the cable diameter and keep pull tensions below the specified maximum to avoid conductor damage.
It carries recognised safety approvals and meets EU RoHS and REACH substance restrictions, supporting specification in multi-jurisdiction installations.
