This multimeter kit is a portable electrical test solution for industry professionals, combining a true-rms digital multimeter with probes, test leads and a carry case for field use. It is designed to measure AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, frequency, capacitance and diode conditions while operating across a wide temperature and humidity range, making it suitable for diagnostics and maintenance in industrial and laboratory environments.
The instrument provides surge protection to 8kV Peak per IEC 61010 and input overload protection to 1000V on voltage ranges.
In a 3V/m RF field the accuracy remains as specified except temperature readings which may deviate by ±5°C.
Milliamp inputs use a 440mA, 1000V fast fuse and the A input uses an 11A, 1000V fast fuse.
Typical alkaline battery life is approximately 200 hours under normal use.
It meets IEC 61010 to 1000V Overvoltage Category III and 600V Category IV and holds CSA and CE certifications.
