PIC32MX1x0/2x0/5x0 32-Bit Microcontrollers

The PIC32 range of microcontrollers from Microchip are 32-bit MCUs with a MIPS microAptiv or M4K core in combination with full range of integrated tools needed for embedded applications. The high performance offered by these devices is desirable for advanced applications such as high impact graphic/user interfaces, Ethernet/USB/CAN connectivity, multitasking embedded control and high performance audio.

The PIC32Mx1x0/2x0/5x0 family of microcontrollers is based upon Microchip’s MIPS32® M4K® core providing up to 83 DMIPS, with variants offering up to 512 Kbytes Flash Program memory and RAM of up to 64 Kbytes.
