This micro SD card connector has a hinged design which allows easy card insertion and locks it securely into position. Card polarization features ensure correct card orientation preventing misinsertion. The housing of this micro SD connector is made from high temperature thermoplastic surrounded by a shielded stainless steel shell for protection against EMI. Retention features on the shell provide a secure connection to the PCB.
