The Roline Gigabit converter is the ideal connectivity solution for networks using a combination of STP and fibre optic types. It provides media conversion from STP to multimode LC fibre media type. The converter supports centre chassis installation, allowing for central power, optional power redundancy, and management. It is an ideal solution for multimode, short reach to long reach single-mode fibre, Bi-Di, and CWDM applications. The converter is compliant with IEEE 802.3ab and 802.3z standards.
