Brought to you by RS Pro, a high quality range of LED indicators. Each indicator has a compact and durable build, enhanced by their IP67 rating. Making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor harsh environments. Quick and easy installation is a primary feature of these indicators, each unit includes solder lug terminals for convenience. All models are highly reliable and excellent quality.
Each model has excellent protection, highlighted by their IP67 rating. Although not fully waterproof, every indicator within this range is fully protected from dust and other small particles. It can also be fully immersed in water (up to 1 m depth) for a maximum of 30 minutes. It would depend on the application as to how this feature would be used, but the LED would continue to operate smoothly if the above guidelines are followed correctly.
LED's have many benefits, the longevity and low power consumption are the main selling points of an LED. However, there are various other reasons to consider:
• Temperature - LED's give off a far cooler temperature than what an incandescent or neon light would.
• Direction - LED's will only emit light in a single direction, reducing the need for additional components, such as reflectors. Although this wouldn't apply if the LED indicator is being used as a circuit board signal.
As standard, each LED indicator is fully supplied with a fixing nut, washer and a gasket. To ensure a quick and easy installation process.
