This pneumatic fitting provides a straightforward means to connect compressed Air lines using a one-touch mechanism at one end and a push-in connection at the other. It is intended for use within pneumatic systems where a quick-release tubular connection and a secure push-fit are required, and it is constructed from a Durable polymer with a corrosion-resistant finish suitable for typical industrial Air supply environments.
The internal structure is formed from polybutylene terephthalate ensuring compatibility with compressed air.
Electroless nickel plating on exposed surfaces reduces corrosion risk in humid or mildly corrosive atmospheres.
The allowable operating envelope is up to 1MPa and temperatures as high as 60°C.
A push-in 8mm tube can be inserted directly into the push-in interface.
It is RoHS compliant indicating restricted use of certain hazardous substances.
